Come with me on a short   wallk around the Colorado Lagoon in Long Beach. Women can talk, vibe, take pictures and most of all feel great! Then were off to the soundbath

Imagine lying down, cocooned in a soft blanket as resonant tones from crystal singing bowls was over you

These soothing vibrations resonate through your body,calming the mind,reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation

Its like a musical massage for your soul leaving you feeling centered and harmonized for hours or even days afterward

There are 3 healing modalities at every ceremony including yoga,meditation and the beautiful healing sounds of 7 crystal singing bowls

I will wait 15 minutes for everyone to arrive.
Parking is free, you will see a bridge
We will meet at the beginning of the bridge
Then walk over the bridge to the other side of the lagoon. Were we will have the soundbath ceremony
